A high-altitude national park of misty grasslands and cloud forest, Horton Plains is home to the dramatic World’s End escarpment, where the land drops nearly 900 metres in a sheer cliff face. Early morning visits offer the clearest views before clouds roll in, while the surrounding trails pass Baker’s Falls and shelter endemic wildlife found nowhere else on the island.
